The role is responsible for coordinating deliveries, organising travel arrangements for staff, the first person to meet and greet members of the public and staff. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and greet clients and members of the public entering the premises
  • To effectively control the access to the client s premises, examining documentation to ascertain the authenticity and authority to gain access.
  • Answering internal and external phone calls, ensuring they are forwarded to the appropriate person
  • When required to assist and escort visitors to their destinations within the clients complex.
  • Book meeting rooms
  • Arrange couriers for internal clients
  • Where provided to provide monitoring functions to CCTV and alarm functions. To be aware of the operation of those functions and to respond as required.
  • To submit detailed reports on discovery of issues relating to health and safety and crime to the relevant authority either verbally or in report form as required.
  • To maintain a log of all visitors, incidents and any other records that may be required by the client.
  • To maintain the clients key safe to issue and record all movements of keys within the clients premises.

We are currently recruiting for professional and highly motivated, Canine Relief Security Officers to join our team covering our site based within the South East. Job Purpose: To carry out the effective and efficient procedure of the Company s operations by means of operational interaction and direct liaison with supervisors and line managers.

Be actively involved in the operational duties of the company ensuring that you are able to provide a comprehensive account of the actions taken by yourself and others at all times, always acting in a safe and professional manner.Under the direction of the Operations Director assist with the efficient and effective deployment of the resources available for the operation of the Company s function.To ensure that the welfare of your dog is paramount at all times, all necessary grooming, feeding, vet nary care, socialisation and other requirements of a professional Security Dog Handler are adhered to during work hours as well as when off duty.To be responsible at all times for your dog and all associated behaviour/needs. Ensure that his/her behaviour is one of a professionally trained working dog, under no circumstance should behaviour such as intimidation, aggression etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required The essential qualities the post holder must possess are:
